In this assignment, my group and I created a Mental Skills training program aimed at youth female gymnasts aged 7-10. We explored the benefits of mental skill training and the implications it could have if used for younger age groups. This assignment included a final presentation of our study and theorized findings.

In this assignment my partner and I analyzed the "Spike" skill in volleyball. This involved utilizing the sport analysis program Siliconcoach to break down movements and determine measures. Our study is designed to recreate our investigational analysis of the volleyball spike in a step-by-step format.
